• Oral: IFR currency and required equipment, weather and alternates, chart/plate symbology, lost-communication procedures, and departure/arrival procedures.
• Flight: precision and non-precision approaches, a hold, unusual attitude recovery, and partial-panel flying.
• Standard: precise aircraft control on instruments and a crisp lost-comm plan.
